Results: conception of logistic process control of fuel and energy complex, mechanism of strategic and operative management by deliveries of products in the logistic system of fuel and energy complex, mechanism of efektyvnogo management by functioning of transporting network and its goods traffics in the logistic system of fuel and energy complex, mechanism of ware-house inventory control of coal, struktra system of support of acceptance of decisions in the logistic system of fuel and energy complex, determination of concept of logistic process control of fuel and energy complex. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by introduction of its results in activity of local organs of power, industrial enterprises.
