The processes of development of financial assets of institutes of the joint investing are a research object. Research methods: induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, imitation design, economic and statistical analysis, quantitative and high-quality comparison, systems approach, methods of scientific abstraction, methods of expert estimations, mathematical methods. Results: approach to determination of pattern financial of assets institutes of the joint investing, investment policy of institutes of the joint investing, classification of factors of influence on a profitableness and level of risk of financial assets, approaches to estimations of investment attractiveness of securities, mathematical model of placing of facilities of institutes of the joint investing, organizational state and internal case frame in the system of supervision and control after activity of institutes of the joint investing. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by introduction of its results in activity of the State commission on financial services, investment companies.
