Kravchenko O. Disciplinary responsibility of customs service officials of Ukraine.

It is established that violation of official discipline by customs offices of Ukraine officials is an illegal, guilty act that encroaches on official discipline in customs service by non-fulfillment or wrong performances of duties, proscription violations or authority abuses. It is also known as another discreditable action of not only this official faces, but customs service of Ukraine, for which disciplinary punishment can be applied. There are characteristics of disciplinary punishments of customs service officials: (а) disciplinary punishments are applied for acts determined by the Disciplinary charter of customs service of Ukraine, laws and other legal acts of Ukraine as an infringement of official discipline; (b) they are standard predetermined -only those types of disciplinary punishments can be applied to the violator which are established by this Charter; (c) they have concrete character - addressed to the guilty official; (d) carry out retaliatory (penal) function concerning the violator - they are accompanied by negative restrictions in the personal or property sphere; (e) they must correspond to the weights of a disciplinary offense and degree of official's fault; (f) they stand out for special procedure of its application.
