Yurii T. The efficiency of employment in agricultural enterprises and households

Object of research: the process of rural employment with the peculiarities of agricultural production in the Chernivtsi region. Objective: To study effective employment in agricultural enterprises and farms and determine the conditions of its software. Methods: monographic, analysis of statistical data, index, grouping, settlement and constructive, time series, a graphic. Scientific novelty: first defined performance criteria for employment in agricultural production, which can evaluate the performance of agricultural enterprises at district and regional levels, the estimation of employment in the farms area based on the volume and structure of crop production and animal labor per hectare of agricultural land area crops, livestock breeding, which is calculated based on the actual number of people employed in the informal sector of the agricultural economy, a forecast of agricultural employment in the region with the development of an increase in the share of labor-intensive industries and the rate of productivity.
