Dissertation is devoted to theoretical and methodological basis and development of practical proposals for improving the governance of territorial integration as the basis for steady development of regions Theoretical basis of influence of integration processes on steady development of regions were investigated. The instruments of state administration in the conditions of territorial desintegration were considered. Pre-conditions of development of conceptions of state administration steady development of territories were determinated. Basic progress of regional integration processes trends and degree of participation of the state in the processes of integration at regional level were found out. Estimation of integration potential of regions as the basis of their steady development was carried out.
