Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of problem of increase of stability of properties of concrete from suds due to the directed forming of structure cement to the stone in direction of increase of his durability and decline of ability to become deformed and permeability. Such orientation of processes is provided by introduction in the complement of the dispersible system "Portland cement - creator of suds - water" of complex "ferriferous matter - polyalcohol". Influence of this complex is studied on forming of phase composition and structure of the dispersible system. It is set that processes of gelation are in the system, at presence of in it the noted complex, predefined by an increase on the initial stages of hardening of the system of amount of the physically constrained water with a subsequent synthesis in the products of hydratation and hardenings of minerals, which contain the far of the chemically constrained water, and also by education on the internal surface of air blisters of products of co-operation of polyalcohol for oxides of polyvalent metals. Composition of the investigated dispersible system is developed and optimized, investigational physic-mechanical to property of cement dough and stone, and also concrete mixture and concrete in terms. It is well-proven that introduction in the complement of concrete from suds of the investigated system "ferriferous matter - polyalcohol" results in diminishing of amount of creator of suds, to the increase and stabilizing physic-mechanical, properties of concretes, that is expressed in the increase of durability of such concrete. The features of technology are certain receipts of the developed concretes, which consist in the special order of mixing of components and increase of duration of their interfusion. Job performances are realized in the conditions of experimental-industrial productions.
