Essay

The dissertation is a study of behaviour of effective kinetic coefficients of macroscopically inhomogeneous media near and on percolation threshold. Critical indexes of RSN of 1/f noise are found numerically They describe selfconsistently behavior of media near the percolation threshold and the experimental results. It is shown that the RSN of 1/f noise in anisotropic media with coaxial elongated inclusions at the percolation threshold is isotropic.. Formulated and analyzed the internal percolation problem, it is shown that it belongs to a new universality class of percolation systems.
