Thesis is devoted to the complex research of cooperation between tax police and other divisions within the State Tax Service of Ukraine. The structure of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and the place of tax police divisions are analyzed. The general characteristics of competence and powers of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and its main divisions are presented. The principles, forms, tasks and functions of the inner cooperation within the State Tax Service of Ukraine are characterized. The peculiarities of the cooperation between the divisions of the State Tax Service of Ukraine are disclosed.
