Essay

Comprehensive study of the National Bank of Ukraine authority on management and control of foreign exchange turnover is performed in this thesis. It is based on the achievements of legal science, existing law analysis and existing legal practices. The applicant gave detailed explanation of the specific activities of the central bank for the management and control of foreign exchange turnover and the mechanisms of central bank influence on the currency market. The meaning of “foreign exchange turnover”, “foreign currency regulation” and system of institutions that carry out regulation of foreign exchange turnover were formulated and studied in this thesis.
