Kolodchuk D. Historiography of history of New Zaporizhzhya Sich

Dissertation work is devoted to the study of historiography analysis of the history of the Zaporizhzhya Cossacks during the times of New Sich (1734-1775). During research there was reflected the degree of study of the problem in scientific literature, were defined aspects of the problem, which required coverage at work, there was classified the base and were defined research methods. There were concentrated efforts on identifying and research the totality of works on the history of the New Sich, accumulated from the second half of XVIIІ century to present time. Investigational levels of scientific study of theme periods during over two centuries, directions and features are found out, the completeness and reliability of historical knowledge about the formation, existence and destruction of Sich. Large bibliography, sanctified to this theme, is described. The features of study of them are exposed in different historiography periods. The basic aspects of history of New Sich, distinguished questions, which remain scantily explored and unlit, are analysed.
