Peculiarities of legal regulation of state enterprises' finances are disclosed in the thesis; the procedure of their financial system's formation and development is researched. Organizational and legal grounds of financial activity among state-owned enterprises are examined from the scientific point of view. The ways of cooperation between such enterprises and state customs, tax agencies and other subjects of financial activity are determined.
