The thesis is a research of the administrative and legal principles of the entities activities providing the vital functions safety of the DIA personnel in Ukraine. The essence and concept of vital functions safety of the DIA personnel, vital functions safety provision of personnel have been found out. The thesis has paid considerable attention to characterizing the development of the regulatory principles of the vital functions safety provision of the DIA personnel. The system of the entities providing the vital functions safety of the DIA personnel has been identified and characterized, as well as their classification according to certain criteria has been given.
