Dissertation thesis presents the investigation of the content, composition and biologically active substances (carbohydrates (mono- and disaccharides, pectin substances), organic acids (di- and tricarbonic, ascorbic), carotenoides, phenolic substances) accumulation's laws in each individual formations stages of nectarine fruits and leaves during vegetation have been studied. In nectarine fruits and leaves the division of di- and tricarbonic acids as well as phenolic nature substances (phenolic acids and flavonols - quercetine glycosides) division during vegetation has been done. The antioxidant activity of nectarine fruits and leaves during vegetation process during vegetation has been considered and its formed substances have been determined.
