Essay

In the dessertation dealt with genre-semantic specific features of the Ukrainian flute concerto in the context of the evolution of European flute art and the traditions of the national school of composition. Considerable attention was paid towards the works of V. Bibik, V. Hubarenko, V. Runchak, G. Sas'ko, R. Simovych, Ye. Stankovych, A. Shtoharenko, O. Shchetynskyi. Multi-genre as a significant feature of contemporary music culture, is the aspiration to integrate few genres in a single coordinate macrostructure. The most productive is the synthesis of genres that form an opposition against one another: the сoncert and the symphonie.
