The dissertation is dedicated to finding a solution to an important scientific and technological problem - increasing the operational efficiency of information-communication systems on the basis of new methods and techniques of differentiated maintenance with assured service. The dissertation analyses available methods and techniques of providing services on the basis of ICSM infrastructure. The author has developed a calculation procedure and a classifier of maintenance quality parameters for a service providing system using ICSM resources; a structural and a mathematical models of a communication channel for a differentiated maintenance system; a method of information and procedural service provision with assured quality; a method of optimal distribution of information resources.
