Dissertation is sanctified to the decision of task of exposure of the defect as a "crack" on digital image due to application model of defect and mathematical filters,as information technology. The analysis of the models and methods of monitoring of the technical state of building and building constructions is conducted on the basis of optical method. Set forth and the formalized totalities of self-reactance and descriptive signs, that is observed on digital representations. Worked out effective system of procedures, that allows on the basis of a limit information to execute verification of identification signs.
