Lisitskov O. Administrative Procedures of Personnel Work in the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of administrative procedures of personnel work in the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine. Administrative and legal nature of relations in the sphere of service in the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine is investigated through the clarifying procedural aspect, according to which the service is understood as a set of interrelated procedures of personnel work. Procedures are covered by the relevant phases and stages of personnel work process in the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine. The essence and structure of administrative and legal status of subjects of personnel work in the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine are investigated.
