Essay

The theoretical foundations of strategic, tactical and operational planning taking into account the logistics approach to management of agricultural enterprises, specializing in the production of crops, are considered. There is developed the complex of economic and mathematical models to support management of material, financial and information flows that will allow to minimize fuel consumption and loss of grain; follow the deadlines of the field work; build an optimal schedule of the sale of grain; maintain solvency of the enterprise and increase profits; make an objective choice of suppliers of goods and services and minimize costs of production and realization of grain.
