Object of research in dissertation work is the process of determining the privatization attractiveness of coal mines. Subject of research are theoretical approaches, methodological and practical basis for determining the rating of the privatization of coal mines. The aim of the research is the development theoretical concepts and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for improving the system determine the rating of the privatization of coal mines. The methodological basis of the study are fundamental assumptions of economic theory, the scientific works national and foreign scientists on integrated assessment of economic condition of mines. The author used the elements of the systems approach, methods, structural logic and analysis, methods of correlation and regression analysis and statistics, methods of optimization software. Theoretical importance is the development of theoretical and methodological bases for preliminary evaluation of coal mines on multi-criteria basis. The practical value is to use the results of the thesis in the process of improving the structure of the mines after determining the privatization rankings of coal mines.
