The thesis deals with the study of the legal regulation of landscape use and protection of land in Ukraine. The thesis analyzes the concept, features and characteristics of landscape approach to the regulation of land relations. The legal nature of "landscape land use and protection" was identified. Suggestions on the need for a supplement of current land legislation of Ukraine provisions for landscape use and protection of land was explained.
