Savkova O. Management of the investment process in housing and office building and its impact on macroeconomic stability

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of scientific and practical problems of improvement mechanism for the management of the investment process in housing and office building. The sense and economic nature of the investments and management process is investigated, the organization features of investment process management are substantiated and the scientific and methodical approaches of the investment process are improved. The complex economic diagnostics of investment management in housing and office building is conducted, including the modern trends of investment resources in Ukraine, the analysis of investment and financial condition of housing and office building and the using effectiveness of investment resources. The mechanism of the investment process management in housing and office building is improved due to the suggested methods of improvement state regulators, the influence factors on the optimization mechanism of the investment process management and formation model of the state policy investment process management in housing and office building.
