The thesis is devoted to investigation of width of verbal subgroups of unitriangular matrices groups over rings of integers and residues. Characterizes the width of members of lower central series and Engel series for infinite dimensional group of finite unitriangular matrices above Z. Found that the member of those series in profinite group of infinite dimensional unitriangular matrices above Zm have finite width.
