Object of research - patients with locally disseminated breast cancer. A research objective: to improve the efficiency of complex treatment of patients with locally disseminated breast cancer by introducing dual-selective intra-arterial chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormone therapy. Research methods - clinical, instrumental, laboratory, histological, statistical processing of results. Novelty: the first time shown a pronounced cytotoxic effect and less toxicity dual-selective intra-arterial chemotherapy on the metabolism of immune cells. When using dual-selective intra-arterial chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormone therapy risk of disease progression in patients of the experimental group was significantly reduced. Results: With the development of treatment pathomorphosis 2-4 degree 5-year-old survival in the group with intraarterial chemotherapy, compared with controls, increased by 0,90-5,60%, 10-year - on 5,60-11,6% (p <0.01). Introduced in clinical practice of the Donetsk Regional Tumour Center, City Interdistrict Oncology Center of Mariupol, Dnipropetrovsky, Krivorozhsky oncological center.
