The dissertation is devoted to integrated research subject of administrative and law activity of state automobile inspections for control of the legitimacy of vehicle operation. The status of state automobile inspections in sphere control of the legitimacy of vehicle operation are analyzed. The competence of state automobile inspections consider such as complex of rights and duties in field of control of the legitimacy of vehicle operation. Determine the forms and methods of such control and its effectiveness. The simplified administrative proceeding of traffic offence is proposed in dissertation.
