The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical propositions, developing methodical-governmental foundations and scientific and practical recommendations regarding the management of innovation, its development industry. The thesis analyzed the categorical-conceptual apparatus innovation-tion management, held adjunct principles of innovative development of the industrial enterprise. Approaches to managing innovation-traditional development allowed organically integrate a process and subjective sub-passages and offer process-subjective approach is most appropriate to the goals of innovation modern industrial enterprise. The analysis of the innovative development of the industrial enterprises of Ukraine, Donets region and industrial enterprise. The methodical approach of building a mechanism for managing innovative development of the industrial enterprise, methodical approach to integrated assessment of potential companies to innovative development, and proposed the scientific and practical recommendation to improve the management of innovative development enterprises.
