The object of research is the process of crisis management industry. Methods. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the position of economic theory and management theory, Proceedings domestic and foreign scientists on crisis management. We used the following methods: systematic, analytical, statistical, historical and comparative economic and mathematical modeling, expert assessments, systematic approach (for strategy development and crisis management mechanisms of financial stability of the enterprise), correlation and regression, economic and financial analysis (for develop methodological approach to the study of the financial condition of the company), structural functional analysis.
