Essay

The thesis is focused on the development of synthetic methods for novel aryl-containing tertiary peroxides with different remoteness of the peroxide group from the benzene ring and various substituents in the ring, as well as on the synthesis of peroxide monomers and surface active peroxides based on the above-mentioned peroxides. The properties of the synthesized peroxides have been studied and the impact of their structure on the reactivity have been determined. The main areas of practical applications of the synthesized peroxides for vulcanization, polymerization, and surface modification processes have been developed.
