Solod M. The obtaining of asymmetric diesters of adipic acid

The aim of work is the development of the technology basics of asymmetric diesters of adipic acid, cyclohexanol and aliphatic С4-С5 alcohols obtaining. The rules and optimal conditions for asymmetric adipates obtaining by esterification and alcoholysis have been determined. The diesters based on adipic acid and alcohol fraction of the caprolactame manufacturing have been obtained. The sulfonic cation-exchange resins modified by metal ions were first applied as catalysts for the adipates alcoholysis. The important physicochemical properties of the products obtained were investigated. The principal technological scheme for asymmetric adipates manufacturing has been developed.
