The object of the study is to provide information and analytical systems Fire Monitoring. Subject of research: models and methods for optimizing the structure of fire monitoring buildings. The aim of the thesis is to increase the effectiveness of fire monitoring by modeling and evolutionary optimization methods of their structure. The thesis is devoted to the solution of important scientific and technical problem, which is the development of principles, models, methods and tools to optimize the structure of fire monitoring buildings and structures on the basis of the evolution of technology.
