Dissertation is dedicated to improving the process of filing and stabilization of the average warp tension lever-weight compensators (LWC) on warp knitting machines (WKM), able to improve the quality of the warp knitting fabric in the uniformity of looped structures. Retrieved mathematical model LWC in elastic system with regard to filling WKM processes triggering bobbin, transients, features bending around the warp thread guides, features consumption warp threads in a zone loop forming. The theoretical foundations and engineering methods for designing highly efficient LWC tension warp threads to ensure sustainability of the average warp tension throughout the operation of the nave.
