Essay

The aim of the dissertation is to make treatment of newborns in critical state more effective by making and using standardized intensive therapy based on learning of clinical states of hard illnesses of perinatal period. Anamnestetical facts, results of research and hospital treatment of 524 newborns were analyzed. The most important risk factors of birthing child in critical state, with serious illnesses and its death in neonatal period, were distinguished. Points of examining with the Score of Melnikova N.I. and others were systemized, it was adapted to work in Ukrainian hospitals, and it was also transformed in the algorithm. The importance of standardization of intensive therapy of newborns in critical state was stated, which raises survival level of babies and increases distance prognosis of life quality after hard diseases of perinatal period. Risk factors of consequences of critical state and neonatal period's diseases of children in the first three years of life were determined. Regional approach of perinatal care was proposed.
