Pochynok N. Accounting and Analytical Support for Personnel Management of Construction Companies

The object is process of forming, using, and developing of staff of construction companies; the aim is to study the theoretical and methodological principles of accounting and analytical support for HR system in the process of its reproduction and to develop the applied recommendations for their implementation into construction enterprises; the methods are abstraction, dialectics, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, analogy, generalization, comparison, factorial design, graphic; the new approach lies in theoretical generalization and applied recommendations to improve accounting and analysis as elements of information support of personnel management of construction enterprises; the main include theoretical, methodological, organizational principles and practical recommendations to form subsystem of accounting and analytical support in the context of a process approach to personnel management of construction enterprises; the thesis has been developed by JSC "DCA"Lvivmiskbud", TPI" CIC "Ivano-Frankivskbud", LLC "Ternopilbud", Ternopil National Economic University and used in amending the P(S) 26 "Employee Benefits" by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine; the field is construction industry
