Hromyk A. Mathematical modeling of heat transfer in thin plates

The thesis is devoted to mathematical modeling of heat transfer in thin plates of different geometry described by Cartesian or cylindrical coordinate system, and the construction and study of models of thin flat baking dough preparations. The method of principal solutions are obtained in closed form exact solutions of boundary value problems modeling stationary and non-stationary processes of heat transfer to plates of various designs. The influence of structural and frequency characteristics of thermal sources of heating plate to ensure uniform heating of the dough pieces in different sizes and a spatially distributed temperature distributions billets with uniform intensity distribution of temperature at the surface.
