Vovk I. Theoretical and applied problems using of analogy in the criminal procedure law of Ukraine

In the thesis there are considered theoretical and applied problems of the use of analogy in the criminal procedure of Ukraine. On the ground of the comprehensive analysis of special literature and legal practice there is systematized and theoretically generalized wide range of views on the definition, nature and importance of analogy in the criminal procedure of Ukraine, grounds, order and conditions of the use. The investigative and judicial practice of the use of analogy in the criminal procedure, that have been analyzed, allows to prepare a number of proposals on improvement of the current criminal procedural law of Ukraine and the new Code of criminal procedure of Ukraine.
