In dissertation modern criminal activity is explored in the field of duty relations, the criminalistic analysis of duty imitation is given as typical to the element of methods of accomplishing and concealment of crimes in the field of duty activity. The set causes and grounds for excitation of criminal business about a duty imitation, the circumstances which are subject to establishment are exposed.
