Essay

The interrelations between the polarization-phase properties of biological tissues and fluids and the statistical moments of the 1st-4th order describing the coordinate distributions of the degree of local depolarization of laser fields formed by optical anisotropic layers of derma layer with rough surface of epithelium and the fluid of the human vitreous humor. On this basis the technique of measuring the coordinate distributions of local degree of depolarization of the fields of scattered coherent radiation was developed.
