Essay

Current thesis is dedicated to raising of complex radiological diagnostics and evaluation of locally advanced urinary bladder cancer by means of radiological modalities - ultrasound sonography (US), computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Specificity of transabdominal US in T2 stage evaluation was 66,5 %. Additional utilization of transrectal US allowed specificity growth up to 70,2 % (p>0.05). Specificity of US modality diagnostics T3 and T4 stages was 78,1 % and 80,2 % correspondingly. Specificity of CT in urinary bladder T2 cancer diagnostic was 64,3 %, T3 - 73,6 %, T4 - 84,6 %. Specificity of MRI in urinary bladder T2 cancer diagnostic was 77,85 %, T3 - 85,45 %, T4 - 92,8 %.
