Kasha K. Turkic mythological lexicon as a fragment of the language picture of the world

The thesis is devoted to the studying of representative features of national, material and spiritual elements of Turkis culture, namely to the studying of the mythological nominations. The mythological lexicon, reflecting the fragments of mythological consciousness, makes one of the lexical microsystems of the language. Its specificity is shown first of all through semantics analysis of mythonyms, an establishment of the ways of their terming, through research of the mythic lexemes in functional aspect. For the first time in Turkic lexicology a big material on mythological lexicon of the Turkic language, certain features of various word-formation and lexico-semantic systems are analysed, the language processes connected with the loan is evaluated, the lexical microlayers of the onomastic lexicon are revealed, the semantic and etymological evolutions of some terms are analysed. A lot of words with mythological maintenance are considered in a close connection with ethnography, history, culture which help to open their essence. The nature of relations of the myth theory and linguistic concepts are investigated by comparative analysis. The problems of the cognitive semantics (problems of concept, image, sense and contents) are analysed in a context of the mythological philosophy. Studying of old mythological lexicon of Turkic languages promotes the revealing of word-formation models, an establishment of laws of lexico-semantic development of this group of terms.
