Essay

Research object: the processes of the decline of video information stream intensity for the productivity increase of the telecommunication systems functioning. Article of research: the models and methods of video information stream intensity decline on the basis of compact images presentation. Research methods: the ground of increase the productivity of the telecommunication systems direction was carried out on the basis of the systems approach with the use theoretical vehicle of the difficult systems research. Development of images compression and reconstruction method of was conducted with the use of information and encoding theories positions. Research of the transformed images properties was founded on the base of spectral and wavelet-analysis methods. Estimation of theoretical and practical results adequacy was conducted on the basis of mathematical statistics methods. Scientific novelty: 1) the method of images compression is first developed on the basis of the polyadic encoding of wavelet-transformations squaring; 2) the method of images regeneration is first developed on the basis of the preliminary reverse wavelet-transforming; 3) the method of the telecommunication systems productivity increase got further development on the basis of input videostream intensity decline; 4) the model of the estimation of the telecommunication systems productivity descriptions is improved. Practical results: - programmatic realization of the created method of videostream intensity decline is developed; - the increase of compression degree is provided on the average on 24%; it is a decline of official information amount on the average on 63%; it is a decline of input videostream intensity in the telecommunication systems on the average on 23%; - time of packets delay goes down on 30%; - probability of packages diminishes loss on buffer devices on 66%. It is inculcated: at implementation research-designer works in the MIA Central research institute of Ukraine. Area of application: telecommunications.
