In this paper, defines the notion of economic security of building enterprise. Investigation of the functional components of economic security of building enterprise; threats and sources of formation of threats. The proposed scheme of relationships between functional components, method of developing a set of techno econometric relationships, that are modelled by dependent variables - revenue, cost and gross profit of the independent variables - fixed cost, of current assets and labour costs. The level of economic security of building enterprise determined by coefficient of economic security, when comparing the gross profit in the test and prior periods of enterprise operation. Basis the mechanism determining the status of economic security of building enterprise and the principles of economic security of strategy building enterprise using predictive indicators of development. The latter allow generating policy recommendations of the construction companies in the post-crisis period. Made generalized score as calculated complex techno-dependency sets econometric elasticity limits fluctuations dependent and independent variables appropriate to ensure the most efficient production behaviour of building functioning enterprise.
