Object - a network of access to multi-service networks, the purpose - improving the user experience by developing a model load access networks multiservice networks with the gravity, is a normal mode of information transfer, as well as a way to ensure the specified quality of service networks by unloading of overloaded nodes, subject - methods enhance the user method - theory: Teletraffic, communication networks, queuing, mathematical statistics and methods: mathematical modeling novelty - the first time a method of forming the matrix of attraction for network access to multi-service networks, elements of which are gravity for each pair of user-to-node access. First proposed unified vector representation of the load of access networks, taking into account the type of information and its modes of transport and is different from the existing law, the distribution of time intervals between the time of receipt of the elementary units of information law distribution of the number of elementary blocks in the message class priority and other parameters. Proved that creating a multi-access network, the specific mode of information transfer can be defined by imposing appropriate restrictions on quality of information transfer over the network. It is proved that the user requirements to the quality of information delivery in the access network can be accounted for in the matrix quality. A method of improving the user experience by solving unloading overloaded node with the gravity and shows the optimum use of the strategy limits the management capacity of the site. The algorithm for finding the optimal plan for discharging the network at different combinations of coefficients of inflation, demand models, the coefficients of gravity and other parameters.
