The work develops the theoretical and methodical framework for enterprises of financially-investment activity. Economic essence of investments of enterprises is in-process exposed, their classification, maintenance of financially-investment activity and financially-investment management on enterprises has been carried out in this article. Practical recommendations are worked out in relation to the management of enterprises the real and financial investments by sources them financial providing and also improvement of financially-investment management on a microlevel has been improved. The main findings consist of opening of basic essence of investments, financially-investment activity and financially-investment management of enterprises; improvement of methodology of management the real and financial investments on a microlevel and sources of their financing; development of practical suggestions is in relation to the improvement of evaluation of attractiveness of enterprises ? objects of investing, choice of optimal financially-investment strategy and increase financial and investment activities of economic entities.
