Kadoshnikova I. Eye state in children, born from victims of the Chornobyl accident

Object: vision of eye of descendants radiation exposed to the rays. Purpose: increase of efficiency of diagnostics and determination of risk of forming genetically conditioned oftalmophatologii for the descendants of radiation exposed to the rays. Methods: ophthalmology, photographing in the infra-red light, OcT, adaptometriya; epidemiology (kogortne research, risk-analysis) and statistical methods; fundus-chamber, optical coherence tomograf, adaptometr. Scientific information is complemented about prevalence and structure of eye illnesses, morfometric and functional parameters of the eye for children, born from radiation exposed to the rays. Scientific information is first got in relation to dependence of the light sensitiveness and state of color vision for these children from the dose of irradiation of their parents. The priority groups of clinical supervision are certain among children, sufferings as a result of failure on Chornobyl , and also nozoologii, that need primary prophylaxis and treatment for the descendants of the Chornobyl clean-up workers. Job performances are inculcated in the Central joint expert committee of Ministry of Health and Department of the emergency state of the Ukraine on establishing a causal connection of illnesses, disability and death with the action of ionizing radiation, in the Kharkov regional dispensary of radiation defence of population, in State Department "Health service unit", Slavutich.
