Livіk O. Organizational and economic bases of innovation development of industrial gardening

The object of investigation is processes of the organization, formation, management, and government control of industrial innovative development of gardening. The aim of the research is to study the theoretical foundations and the development of the practical proposals for the innovative development of the industrial gardening aimed at resource-saving measures, energy efficiency and improving of their competitiveness in the food market, including world one. Methods of research are historical, abstract logic, dialectic, systemic-structural analysis and synthesis, statistical-economic, economic zoning, expert assessments, extrapolation, correlation and regression analysis, mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results are the substantiation of theoretical positions of the organization and development of industrial gardening which is based on innovations. Practical results: proposals for improving the specialization and concentration of production using innovative technologies, increasing of industrial sector of gardening competitiveness its profitability and capitalization. The novelty of the research: the natures of innovative development of industrial gardening is grounded the main features of which in modern conditions are implementation of innovative agricultural technology and agricultural machinery of 3 -4th generations, breeding of new varieties of fruit-and-berry crops, innovative systems of their storage and sales, lines of their processing, innovative management and development of the sector. The level of implementation: results are accepted by the Main Department of agricultural development of Nikolayev Regional State Administration; to the practice of farming in specialized integrated horticultural enterprise with the name "Green Gai" which id located in Voznesensky area of Nikolayev region; the results are used in educational process of Nikolayev National Agrarian University.
