Essay

The object of research is the process of formation and use of material and technical resources of agriculture which are based on innovations. The aim of research is to study trends and tools in the formation and use of material resources of agriculture on the basis of innovation and investment. Methods of research: systemic-structural analysis and synthesis, monographic, historical, statistical, economic, extrapolation, cluster analysis, mathematical modelling. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical principles of the formation and the efficient use of material resources in agriculture on the basis of innovation are extended. Practical results: proposals can be used for further study of the formation and the efficient use of material resources in agriculture. The novelty of research: The conceptual regulations for reproduction of material resources of agriculture on the basis of innovation, which provide for systemic monitoring of innovation in this field, including a global dimension, diagnostic of the position and efficiency of logistics, the estimation of the need for material and technical resources according to industrial and regional conditions of their use, production specialization, investment opportunities of producers are grounded in the research. The level of implementation: The results are taken to the use by the Main Department of agricultural development of Mykolayiv Regional State Administration. The results are taken in the practical work of Novobuzskyy regional administration of Mykolayiv area and used in educational process of Mykolayiv National Agrarian University. Application areas - agricultural economics and agribusiness.
