Essay

The thesis is devoted to improvement of interaction terms of the system "car-track" by the perfection of profiles of wheels and rails contact surfaces and by use of diagonal braces between side frames in the complex modernized freight car trucks. A research object is a process of interaction of car with track. The subject of research consists in the improvement of running characteristics of car, reduction the wear and contact tensions in a pair "wheel-rail". The laws of wear forms of rail heads in the outer filament of sharp and middle curves and wheels treads with different original profiles are educed for the first time. The "car-track" mathematical model, that unlike existing, allows to take into account the profiles of wheels and rails working surfaces with various wear rates, possibility of conformal contact "wheel-rail" and use of diagonal braces in the complex modernized trucks is proposed. The practical value of job results consists in perfection the profiles of wheels treads and rails heads, that allows to improve the processes of interaction of rolling stock and track. The evaluation of reduction efficiency of freight cars and track interaction forces due to use of diagonal braces and changing of wheels flanges thickness in the complex modernized trucks is executed. Results and laws, that it is obtained in dissertation, implemented at the production of industrial batch of freight cars with the complex modernized trucks. The obtained theoretical and practical results can be used by organizations and enterprises, that engage in designing of running gear of railways rolling stock and in researches on the improvement of their dynamic characteristics. Practical significance of the obtained results is confirmed by the corresponding acts of implementation.
