Theoretical, methodological and practical property aspects and their influence upon the efficiency of agribusiness operation under modern conditions are considered in this dissertation paper. Agrodbusiness enterprises activity with various organizational and legal forms is analysed and conceptual trends of agrobusiness ownership relations developing are outlined. The algorithm of economic estimation of a state activity in agrarian sector is perfected. The methodology of a complex economic and material analysis of agrobusiness working assets forming taking into account macro- and managerial factors of its operation is offere.
