The theoretical bases of forming the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises have been studied in this work. The factors which influence to form the sustainable development have been determined and analyzed. The present state of production environment of the Lugansk area has been analyzed. Organizational mechanism of management the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises has been developed. The key elements of the management the sustainable development are presented.
