Essay

Subject of inquiry is the working conditions at the workplace with high temperature sources. Thesis objective is the provision of vital activity safety in the workplace with increased thermal radiation. Research methods: complex approach in tests accomplishment which include theoretical and experimental research in the field of abundant thermal radiation and it's influence on the worker; mathematical and physical modelling of the sources of thermal radiation; research at the workplace using standard methodologies as well as ones suggested by the author. Theoretical and practical results: the dependence of the radiation intensity at any point in the workspace according to the spatial location of technological sources of thermal radiation is defined; the improvement of method of measurement conducted radiation component of the heat flow is held which allowed to estimate the intensity of radiation at the workplace not only from direct sources but also from secondary sources, and decrease the negative influence on the workplace due to applying the safety equipments. Novelty of the research: as the result of physical modelling there was obtained the dependence of radiation of the workplace taking into account the characteristics of the radiation source and the methodology of thermal radiation tension in the workplace, taking into account the features of the radiator, the first time in the study of the thermodynamic tension in the construction enterprises are built and installed thermal fields change depending on the location of the infrared radiation of jobs to the light source and its emission spectrum are defined; for the first time on the basis of the effectivity of safe materials research, their reflectivity and bandwidth , there was suggested new approach in creation of the effective safety equipment including infrared spectral component. Implementation extent: the research methodology is developed and it is implemented on the enterprises: building materials plant in Novo-Oleksandrivka, in the department of plant for fabrication of glass Zaporizhzhya "Plumbing ZAZ", Zaporizhzhya plant cutters "name Voykov", which allowed to hold the complete estimation of negative influence of high temperature sources on the operator's workplace; in the result of the research being held and defined characteristics of abundant heat radiation: the intensity of radiation, of the emission spectrum, of a vector directing there were suggested technical solutions, which allowed to answer the requirements the GOS 3.3.6-042 -99 "Sanitary norms microclimate of industrial premises" and to obtain the economical effect from the implementation 265.2 thousand UAH. Field of application: enterprises of building industry and other production industries with a high-intensity heat radiation.
