Pikhnyak T. Organizing and economic mechanism of state management by a small entrepreneurship in Ukraine

Object: the development and transformation of the sector of small business in Ukraine. Purpose: To study the theoretical, methodological and applied scientific principles of the formation mechanism of public sector management of small business in Ukraine. Methods: comparison, analogy, generalization, system analysis, system and structural approaches, statistical methods, methods of logical and mathematical modeling and forecasting. It is offered: proved on the development of small business loans and the amount of the tax burden and the degree of influence of these levers of government regulation on small business performance on a specially constructed correlation-regression model; improved: the system of economic and legal relations between the state and small businesses for investment innovation and economic growth in a combination of market and public administration, theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of the mechanism of the state of development of small business in terms of interaction tools, methods, instruments and management tools. Scope of usage: public administration small business in Ukraine.
